Four girls arrive at the doctor's surgery, all with a stomach ache. Desperate for relief, they anxiously await the diagnosis, while trying to figure out what could have caused the discomfort. When the doctor arrives to examine them, she takes advantage of the moment and forces the girls to shit on the gurney so that she can play with them.
