Nicole is a housewife obsessed with cleanliness and is unhappy with her maid (Nathaly) who has left the kitchen floor dirty. As a way of punishing her maid, she makes her carry her on her back so she doesn't touch the dirt. As well as being a clean freak, the boss is a sex freak with various dark desires and takes advantage of the maid's fragility to abuse her kindness, making her a sex slave.
