Helping with the bellyache

Description

Isabel has a very strong bellyache, and asks her slave Milla for help with a relaxing massage. The slave does everything wrong and makes the domme's pain worse! Isabel gets furious and sits down on Milla's face, causing the girl to despair and get with shortness of breath. Not happy with that, Isabel makes Milla lie down on the floor, as she will help the domme to improve her bellyache in the worst way: eating her scat!
